  • Developing a crisp and compelling pitch deck is one of the most valuable things you can do for your business. Our pitch decks-- usually 12 to 15 slides with a reasonable number of backup slides-- are designed to sell the vision to investors, strategic partners, and other stakeholders. Our focus is on telling a clear, cohesive and actionable 'story'-- one that has energy and an arc, and that appeals to both the rational and emotional sides.

    Our Process Example:

    1. Pitch Deck Strategy

Introduction call to get familiar with your company, and discuss the angle of the pitch.

    2. Content Draft

A first draft (undesigned) version of your pitch deck is prepared and sent to you for approval.

    3. Content Approved

    4. Design Brief

You brief our team on your brand, style and design requirements.

    5. Design Draft

A fully designed draft version is sent to you in Canva or PPT format for final approval.

    6. Final Delivery

  • While the pitch deck tells your vision in images, metaphors, and words, the financial model captures your vision in numbers. A solid model will show how much capital it takes to get your startup off the ground, as well as how much cash flow it will ultimately generate. Models illustrate customer acquisition costs, as well as how much revenue and profit each customer generates. Models demonstrate how the business is expected to grow and scale over time. Our custom financial models are credible, robust, and easy to understand.

Our Financial Models will help answer critical areas (but not limited to):
    1. Projected sales growth and cash flows
    2. Connecting these projections with COGS & SG&A requirements
    3. Monthly expenses and burn
    4. How much investment capital is required and its uses
    5. Comparable multiples to value your enterprise
    6. Capitalization tab

  • An investment teaser is a vital part of any business presentation. In a broader sense, the investment teaser is the brief of a more extended pitch deck and outlines the essence of the entire opportunity. In the capital raising process, an investment teaser summarizes the intent of the entire pitch deck in a concise form. The purpose of an investment teaser is to pique the reader’s curiosity by presenting facts from the larger piece of content. A robust investment teaser creates value for the reader as a first impression and generates interest in viewing the rest of the content.

Our Investment Teaser will summarize the following critical areas (but not limited to) in one or two pages:

    1. Company overview

    2. Market size, market trends, key milestones achieved

    3. A list of products and/or services offered and pricing

    4. Business model

    5. Customer segmentation, customer growth, customer acquisition cost and retention rates

    6. Financial performance metrics like revenue, EBITDA, profit margins etc.

    7. Management team’s background

  • A market research/feasibility study is an internal document used to determine the viability of an idea, ensuring that a proposal is legally and technically executable as well as economically justifiable. It assesses the practicality of a proposed plan or project to ascertain whether or not to proceed with a particular venture or project. The document objectively uncovers the strengths and weaknesses of the proposal, helps distinguish and evaluate opportunities and threats present in the environment, the resources required for the project, and the potential for success. Lupo Capital will collaborate with you to evaluate your proposed idea from a conceptual, marketing, and economic standpoint and collate the findings and conclusions into a Pre-Feasibility Study. Additionally, we will identify the risks associated with your venture and recommend a course of action to mitigate each risk to ensure a successful launch.

Our Market Research/Feasibility Study can be on the following (but not limited to):

    1. Market trends

    2. Competitor analysis

    3. Regulatory framework analysis

    4. SWOT analysis

    5. Projected financials with indicative investment required, IRR, NPV

    6. Risks and mitigating actions

    7. Sales and marketing strategy

    8. Operational plan

  • A list of potential target investors have invested in your industry, at your company’s stage of development, amounts matching your raise and geographic region. Investors include VCs, PE groups, HNIs, family offices, other institutional investors. A target list saves an enormous amount of time and money. It also preserves your energy for presenting to the best investors suited for you. You don’t want to be burned out and blow it.

  • Following successful rounds of meetings with investors, startups will often be presented with a “diligence request list” that requests a standard set of documents investors will hope to review prior to making a final decision regarding their investment. We at Lupo help companies create and maintain a data room for investors to conduct a deeper evaluation of the company’s operations, history and cap table to better understand the risks and opportunities associated with the investment.

    • Review and coordinate legal documents including LOIs, term sheets, shareholder agreements

    • Coaching and participation in investor pitches

    • GTM strategy

    • Non-dilutive funding like government grants etc.

    • Management consulting to cut expenses and decrease operational inefficiencies for SaaS companies
